ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT

Last updated: 4 September 2026

Previous updates: 09th June 2025.

KHAN Advocates & Associates seeks to make www.cybercrimeadvocates.co.in reasonably accessible and usable for visitors, including persons who use assistive technologies.

1. Accessibility Objective

We are working to improve the website with reference to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines WCAG 2.2, Level AA, where reasonably practicable.

This statement does not claim that every page, document, application or third-party feature presently complies completely with WCAG 2.2 or every applicable accessibility standard.

Accessibility is an ongoing process and may be affected by changes to website content, Wix technology, connected applications, browsers and assistive technologies.

2. Accessibility Measures

Accessibility work may include:

  • Maintaining a logical heading structure.

  • Using readable font sizes and spacing.

  • Providing meaningful alternative text for relevant images.

  • Providing accessible names for important buttons, icons and links.

  • Maintaining suitable colour contrast.

  • Supporting keyboard access to important functions.

  • Using descriptive link and button wording.

  • Reviewing contact forms and navigation menus.

  • Supporting desktop, tablet and mobile layouts.

  • Reducing unnecessary movement or flashing content.

3. Wix and Third-Party Features

The website is created and hosted through Wix. Certain accessibility functions depend upon Wix components, templates, forms and connected applications.

Third-party features may include:

  • Contact forms.

  • Maps.

  • Chat or messaging facilities.

  • Social-media links.

  • Embedded applications.

  • External documents and websites.

KHAN Advocates & Associates may not have complete control over the coding, accessibility, operation or compatibility of independent third-party components.

4. Compatibility

The website is intended for use with current versions of commonly used browsers, devices and assistive technologies.

Older browsers, outdated operating systems, unsupported software or unusual device configurations may not correctly display or operate every feature.

5. Known or Temporary Limitations

Some images, archived documents, third-party embeds, external links or newly added content may have accessibility limitations.

A technical limitation does not mean that access will intentionally be refused. Where reasonably practicable, the Office may provide the relevant information through an alternative method after receiving a specific request.

6. Requesting Assistance

A visitor experiencing an accessibility difficulty may provide:

  • The affected page or URL.

  • A description of the difficulty.

  • The device, browser or assistive technology used.

  • The information or function being accessed.

  • The preferred method of receiving assistance.

  •

Where reasonably practicable, we will attempt to provide the requested information through a suitable alternative format.

7. No Guarantee of Universal Compatibility

No website can be guaranteed to work identically with every browser, device, software version or assistive technology.

Subject to applicable law, KHAN Advocates & Associates is not responsible for a limitation caused exclusively by an outdated browser, unsupported device, Wix component or independent external platform beyond the Office’s reasonable control.

8. General Legal-Information Disclaimer

Legal information on the website is provided only for general information and awareness. It is not legal advice or a legal opinion concerning any particular case.

Legal provisions, rules, notifications, procedures, judgments and reported citations may change after publication.

Accessing the website, using an accessibility feature, requesting alternative content or contacting the Office does not create an advocate–client relationship.

An advocate–client relationship begins only after the matter has been reviewed and KHAN Advocates & Associates has expressly agreed to accept the engagement.
